Are clean Eatz meals frozen? ›

How does Clean Eatz work? You order meals (in increments of 6). We make the meals and ship them to your door frozen via UPS in an insulated package. We strive to fulfill your order as fast as possible; your order typically leaves our facility on the next business day and is in transit for 2-3 business days.

Some of our products are organic, grass-fed, or all natural. However, utilizing only these ingredients would increase the cost of our eatz by 25-40%, deterring many who wish to eat healthier and distracting them from the main goal of making healthier choices.

The meals come in microwave-safe containers ready to heat and eat within 3 minutes. The meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the fridge for up to a week.

The company was founded in 2011 by Don and Evonne Varady who have a passion for health and fitness. They converted a former deli in Wilmington, NC into their flagship location. The concept is simple "provide fresh, healthy foods to people who want to live a healthy lifestyle".
